Colorado mortgage rates rise again:
Mortgage rates in Colorado climbed again this week as mortgage applications nationwide slipped. Rates for 30-year fixed home mortgages Tuesday averaged 4.94 percent in Colorado, up from an average of 4.91 percent last week and 4.85 percent the week before, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reported Wedneday.

Grants Available To Weatherize Multi-Family Housing:
The Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) has selected Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) to provide weatherization services for large, multi-family buildings in Colorado. The project is designed to improve comfort, save energy and reduce utility bills for low-income families. EOC’s work will help lower the energy costs associated with heating and cooling large apartment buildings by conducting energy audits, upgrading insulation, sealing air leaks and taking other steps to reduce energy consumption.
